AffiliateMask WordPress Plugin
AffiliateMask is a free WordPress plugin that enables you to mask your outbound affiliate links, preventing your users from denying you the residual affiliate revenue that you deserve from successful conversions. Affiliate links that typically lead to a questionable external URL such as http://www.reviewme.com/?ref=13640 can now be replaced with a trustworthy internal URL such as http://www.underlyingpremise.com/go/reviewme.
Redirection masks can easily be added and removed using the supplied administrator menu option, as per the below screenshot.
In addition to supported an unlimited number of redirection masks, AffiliateMask allows you to specify both a prefix and suffix for your URL’s. The (required) prefix path defaults to ‘go’, but you may prefer to utilize an alternative virtual path, such as ’suggests’, ‘out’ or ‘aff’.
The optional suffix allows you to utilize a virtual file extension. For example, specifying ‘php’ will convert all your masks to ‘mask.php’, where mask is the keyword used for the mask.
